Vietnamese photographer Pham Văn Ty captured this stunning shot at the Lap An lagoon, Hue, in central Vietnam. Bathed in the golden glow of sunset, children from fishing families leap one after another from
a wooden boat into the calm water below.
Ty is a graphic designer in his day job and enjoys photography as a way to unwind – he has won a number of awards for his work. ‘My greatest wish is to introduce to people all over the world the beautiful scenery, the people and the wonderful culture of my country,’ he says.
