Can Ukrainian educators deliver face-to-face schooling during a war?
While many teachers around the world enjoyed a summer break, Ukrainian educators faced a conundrum: how could they deliver face-to-face schooling during a war?
In June the deputy minister of education and science, Andriy Vitrenko, announced ‘offline’ teaching should resume in Ukraine from 1 September. Almost all schooling has been delivered online since Russia invaded on 24 February, although some kindergartens and schools reopened in safer regions.
