Igor Lukyanchenko is an editorial cartoonist based in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, where he works for local newspapers and contributes to a weekly business newspaper in Kiev. This was the final cartoon selected for the Cartoon Movement project Drawing Citizenship that was mounted in the lead-up to the 2014 European Union elections. It was a conscious attempt to end the series on a positive note.
