Britain’s Conservative Party hold their annual conference on 29 September in Manchester and anti-austerity activists will be there to greet them under the banner of the People’s Assembly.
In June, the alliance of trade union leaders, politicians, journalists and other big names of the Left drew over 4,000 people to its first national meeting in London.
