This was inspired by the statement to the UN Security Council of the US representative, who represented North Korean leader Kim Jong-un as ‘begging for war’.
Vasco Gargalo is a freelance press cartoonist and illustrator based in the Portuguese town of Vila Franca de Xira. His work appears regularly in Portuguese newspapers and magazines but has also featured in Courrier International, Groene Amsterdammer and Spotsatire.
